Run for Cystic Fibrosis Trust >

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a life-shortening genetic condition that affects nearly 10,000 people in the UK, slowly destroying the lungs and digestive system

Living with cystic fibrosis is a lifelong challenge involving vast daily intakes of drugs, time-consuming physiotherapy and isolation from others with the condition just to stay healthy.

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the only UK charity making a daily difference to the lives of people with cystic fibrosis, and those who care for them.

We are here to beat cystic fibrosis, by investing in cutting-edge research, driving up standards of care, offering support for everyone affected by CF, and campaigning hard and shouting loud about the issues that matter.

Only 50 years ago cystic fibrosis was purely a childhood illness, people with CF were unlikely to live through their school years. Today there are more adults than children with cystic fibrosis in the UK, around half will live to celebrate their 40th birthday.

All Team CF runners get training and fundraising support as well as a running top and race day hospitality.

Please run with us to help beat cystic fibrosis.
